We wanted to let you know about our 2025 special pricing. As we are a new wedding venue and only now beginning to book dates for 2025, we're offering a special price of $2400 for the full weekend.

What's included?

-Indoor seating for up to 320

-Meadow/possible wildflower field as outdoor ceremony background

-Choice of vendors

-Bring your own alcohol or hire a mobile bar

-Bridal suite with A/C or heat

-Open air barn for reception

-Attached animal barn for viewing alpacas, potbelly pigs and miniature horses

-Private country setting

-Indoor or outdoor ceremony

-Indoor children's area with pirate ship and swings

-Outdoor wooded photo vignette

-Some props (whiskey barrels, arch, etc)

Additional Details:

Animals: We are a working barn but animals are in the attached side barn and not on the event floor. They are available for viewing until their bedtime, which is close to dark. Guests usually love to visit them. 

You can take outdoor pictures with the animals, or even include them in your day/wedding for an extra fee. 

During the week, our barn is a therapy barn and children are here interacting with the animals for various therapies. We close therapies at 1pm on Fridays and switch to private event/wedding mode. At this time, we give you 100% of our attention you have access to the entire barn, which is around 8,000 square feet. The therapy clinic (heated and a/c space with small kitchenette and bathroom) doubles as the bridal suite. 

Alcohol: 

2025 weddings: If you choose to provide alcohol to guests this must be at NO charge to them.   You CANNOT sell alcohol to guests.  You can, however, allow guests to bring their own alcohol.  For this option you will need to provide your own event insurance.

The other option is to hire a licensed bartending service. They will have their own license and insurance and can sell on the property. 

2026 weddings: Pending possible in-house bar service.

Pricing: The introductory pricing of $2400 is available for weddings that book and provide deposit before April 30, 2025. This applies to all date in either 2025 or 2026.

Regular pricing will be $2900.00 for bookings May 1, 2025 and after.

Bathrooms: We have one indoor restroom that is sufficient for 100 guests or under. For 100-300 guests, you'll need to rent a portable restroom that is usually used for the men, while women and disabled guests use indoor restroom. 

Accomodations: The nearest hotels are approximately 30 minutes away in Champaign or Danville. We do, however, have primitive campsites available on the property (tents, firepits with firewood), as well as opportunities to bring an RV and connect to electricity. 

Primitive campsite with use of barn indoor bathroom: $50/night for up to 4 guests. You provide a tent. We will provide firewood and a primitive stone firepit.

RV with electrical hookup: $75/night

*Your wedding guests must vacate property at the end of your contracted reception time, other than those that have rented campsites. We will have approximately 2-3 campsites available and 1-2 RV campsites. 

Band, DJ, or Do It Yourself with our monster blue tooth speakers: Your choice  

Tables and Chairs:  We have seating for 100 guests included in the price.  Please note these are mismatched chairs (total 100, some wood, some plastic) and (14)  6 and 8 foot banquet tables

If you prefer a more standardized look, you may rent tables and chairs from our preferred vendor at our negotiated rate. 

Prices for table/chair rental from preferred vendor: 

      Rectangular banquet tables : $6/table, seats 8

      White plastic chairs (matching): $1/chair   

Linens: Not included.
