You take a little trip over the river and through the woods and find yourself in the authentic midwest countryside. You have been transported from your day-to-day stressors into a private, secluded rural retreat with giant 100-year-old oak trees and a row of mature evergreens. Miniature horses, cows, and alpacas gently graze in the pasture. The wildflower meadow is in full bloom. You can breathe. You get out of the car and step into the newly renovated barn. You're greeted by warm wood accents, rustic-chic lighting, a stage, and a 60-foot barn door opening to the beautiful outdoors. Let your wedding day begin.

Lodging: The Wildflower Inn, located in the west wing of farmhouse, sleeps 2 and also houses a bridal suite
Additional Details:
Animals: We are a working barn, but animals are in the attached side barn and not on the event floor. They are available for viewing until their bedtime, which is close to dark. Guests usually love to visit them.
You can take outdoor pictures with the animals, or even include them in your day/wedding for an extra fee.
During the week, our barn is a therapy barn, and children are here interacting with the animals for various therapies. We close therapies at 1 pm on Fridays and switch to private event/wedding mode. At this time, we give you 100% of our attention. You have access to the entire barn, which is around 8,000 square feet. The therapy clinic (a heated and a/c space with a small kitchenette and bathroom) doubles as the bridal suite.
Camping:
Primitive campsite with use of barn indoor bathroom: $50/night for up to 4 guests. You provide a tent. We will provide firewood and a primitive stone fire pit.
*Your wedding guests must vacate property at the end of your contracted reception time, other than those that have rented campsites. We will have approximately 2-3 campsites available
